Drew Perry, Division President
Drew graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in business management. Upon graduation, he entered the insurance industry, starting an Allstate Insurance Agency. After four years of building a successful book of business, he sold the agency and moved into the staffing industry.
He started with InStaff in 2012 as a business development manager, and was quickly promoted to a selling branch manager. He helped take a struggling office to one of the strongest, fastest growing offices in the company. Drew was promoted to area director, overseeing five office locations, in October of 2015. During this time, he helped grow the North Texas market into the largest region in the company. In June of 2016, Drew was promoted to vice president of sales. He helped cultivate the largest sales team in company history. Today, Drew currently serves as the division president of InStaff. His innovative approach and strong management team will help InStaff continue their growth.
Gilbert Hernando, Regional Vice President of Operations, Texas
Gilbert Hernando is currently the Regional Vice President for InStaff, with responsibility for the four offices in the El Paso and Midwest regions. He was brought into the InStaff fold when the company he had worked for since 1995 was purchased by InStaff in 1998. He is known as an exceptional trainer, leader and hard worker. He has helped various offices streamline their processes, and he appreciates the teams he works with.
Gilbert is passionate about his family. He is very proud that his two kids and his son-in-law have all finished college and are becoming hard working individuals. He spends as much time as possible with his grandchildren that he adores. Golf is another passion of his, and he tries to golf every Saturday morning. Sunday morning tradition includes breakfast at his parents’ house, where at times there may be more than 20 siblings in attendance! Gilbert’s mantra is “Work hard and take ownership in what you are doing!” He has certainly achieved that for InStaff.
Dan Boyer, Area Director and Director of Compliance
Dan has been with InStaff for about two years, and is the Area Director for the two Memphis area offices. He enjoys solving clients’ issues by compiling data and analyzing it to help improve turnover or other processes.
Dan was in the Air Force for 23 ½ years, with the last seven of that as a Flight Chief for Air Force Recruiting. He racked up many awards during his service and is a Veteran of Operations Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom and Southern Watch.
Sports play an important role in Dan’s life, and his very first NFL football game was special. Walter Payton of the Chicago Bears said, “I want to be remembered as the guy who gave his all whenever he was on the field.” Dan has translated that to his life, and gives his all in everything he does. Dan is known among his colleagues as the data/spreadsheet guy.
On a personal note, Dan’s hero is his wife Lara, with whom he has raised two sons. He is passionate about his family, and on the weekends you will find him hanging in his back yard, grilling, watching sports or working on home improvement projects. Dan also puts those handyman skills to use with Habitat for Humanity. For Dan…”Life is Good”.
Scott Olson, Area Director, Midwest
Scott recently joined the InStaff team early in 2015 as an Area Director for our Midwest region – with offices in Milwaukee and Waukegan, IL. He has a strong staffing background and is enjoying his new position. He is known for being a problem solver, and he loves that we get to make a difference in the lives of our employees.
Scott is especially passionate about his family and world travel, with the most unusual place he has visited being The Blue Hole in Belize. His iPod is one thing he couldn’t give up, as he enjoys all genres of music and loves to sing! If he didn’t have a career in staffing, he might have tried the musician/singer gig! His favorite phrase is “No matter how poor you think you are, if you have family, you have everything.” InStaff is glad to have Scott and his experience on board!
Robin Clark, Director of Field Operations Support
Robin Clark is a new employee for InStaff, starting in February of 2015 as the Director of Client Services. Robin has many years in the staffing industry, and is known for her software knowledge, especially applicant tracking systems. She says that breaking down tasks into small parts and completing some of it at a time is a lesson she learned and lives by.
She is from Fort Worth and loves her hometown. She has a cat, a creative side that includes art, design, music and writing. Professionally, she loves to identify processes that need to be streamlined, as well as developing new processes to make everyone’s job easier. On weekends you may find her riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle or at a live hard rock concert!
Karla Casco, Branch Manager, Waukegan, IL
Karla has been with BG Staffing for almost four years in the Waukegan, IL office. She recently moved to Milwaukee and is now the Branch Manager for that office. She initially applied for a temp job, and was offered a job inside the staffing office instead! She is personally inspired by her grandfather, who was an amazing role model and supporter. His legacy lives on through Karla’s son, who is the light of her life. She is passionate about staffing and enjoys solving any problems that may arise. She says every day is different and that makes the job a fun challenge.
Karla grew up in Mexico and is paying it forward by working as a volunteer for a US Citizen Workshop. She enjoys helping others fulfill their dream of becoming US citizens. She has also started her own small tax preparation business. Karla loves to spend time with her husband and son, is a great Mexican food cook and couldn’t live without chocolate!
Cierra Fulton, Branch Manager, Southaven MS office
Cierra is the Branch Manager for the InStaff Southaven office. She has been on staff there since 2010, with progressive advancement up to the Branch Manager position. She is inspired by her grandmother, who she considers to be her hero. She is a woman of strength and courage. She has a knack for singing, composing music, and she has played the piano for about 11 years.
Professionally, Cierra is passionate about helping individuals get back into the workforce and resuming a financial flow into their households. She is known for being dependable, efficient and resourceful in finding creative solutions for staffing needs. Her energy and attitude are top notch. She grew up in Memphis and continues to live there. You may find her at Levitt Shell Park enjoying music or playing flag football or volleyball with family and friends on the weekends.
Maxine Moore, Branch Manager, Corsicana, TX
Maxine has been on the InStaff team since 1997! She is the Branch Manager of the Corsicana, TX office. When she moved back to Corsicana, she inquired regarding temp work that may be available, but instead she was asked to work in the payroll area, and later moved to the branch office. She’s been there ever since… Maxine works hard selecting the employees the clients want for their companies, and she is proud of her customer service.
Maxine has been a volunteer for the Chamber of Commerce in Corsicana for over 16 years. She has won the Volunteer of the Year Award, and will be the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 term. She is passionate about her home, family, grandchild and church. She enjoys decorating and gardening, and you can find her working in her yard on the weekends!
Donna Seale, Branch Manager, Sulphur Springs, TXw
Donna Seale started with InStaff in 2001, and is currently the East Texas Area Director. She is also the Worker’s Compensation Representative for InStaff, which Donna says has become a passion. She enjoys following the cases, closing them and ultimately saving the company money. She is a problem solver for her clients, and works hard servicing her three branch offices. Donna is initially from Edgewood, TX, and likes to stay close to “home”.
She is inspired by her dad, who at age 80, still takes care of his family, checking in on everyone. She is very proud of her family, kids and grandkids, and likes to spend as much time at the pool or the lake with the whole crew. She also volunteers for the Ladies Auxiliary for the VFW in Sulphur Springs. She is an avid traveler, and has visited 42 states and 12 countries, with the Roman Catacombs in Italy being the most unusual place she has visited!
Angel Vega, Area Director, El Paso, TX
Angel has been with InStaff since 2001. He is the Business Development Manager for the El Paso region. He started as a staffing supervisor and worked his way up. He enjoys meeting with clients, helping them with their staffing needs, as well as finding worthy candidates jobs
.Angel’s faith drives him, and he hopes to someday spend time in Italy visiting the Vatican. His other inspiration is his son. He is proud of all his son has accomplished. Baseball has been a big influence in Angel’s life, starting when he first played as a child. His love for the sport has carried over to his son, who is currently a collegiate baseball player. He’s visited 13 Major League ballparks, and is hoping to get to the remaining 17!
Angel has been a lifelong El Paso resident, and was drawn to InStaff by a sign as he was driving by! Angel enjoys his family time, his two dogs, and especially Sunday dinners. He looks forward to sharing life’s adventures with his son, and hopes to someday take his future grandchildren to Disneyland!
Stacy Wilson, Area Manager, Dallas and Carrollton, TX
Stacy is the branch manager of the Dallas, TX office. She started with InStaff as a temporary employee in 2009 and has climbed the professional ladder with absolute adeptness. In 2012, she was hired as a staffing supervisor and in 2014 was promoted to an on-site manager. Stacy’s organizational influence and work aggression is impressive. She possesses an excellent record of customer relations and timely service delivery.
Stacy lives by the mantra, “The smallest step to the side will ultimately lead you to an entirely different place. And in that step, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.”
Outside of work, Stacy is devoted to her family, her animals, her community and her newly appointed seat on the Avalon ISD Board of Trustees. On the weekends, Stacy enjoys working with her daughter and their show cows on the family farm, volunteering at her daughter’s school and riding her horses.
