A hospital in Tennessee was in need of a Workday Reporting Consultant while their Reporting Analyst was out on paternity leave. This consultant would need to create and develop reports across all modules (Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning and Talent & Performance) and work with several business units throughout the company.
Extrinsic provided a resource with over 18 years of experience working in HR Information Systems and Technology. She specializes in Workday and PeopleSoft HCM Modules, Project Management, Business Process Analysis, Functional Process Design, Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Reporting (Workday, Crystal, PS Query), Complete HR Systems Administration, and End User Training. For this specific project, her many years of experience in Workday Reporting, ability to knowledge transfer, and communication skills made her stand out.
Actions & Solutions Delivered
Extrinsic’s consultant went above and beyond in creating Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Custom, and Operational Reports for the client. She handled report requests on a daily basis from all business units and was expertly able to explain the data pulled from the reports and the dashboards created. After four months on the project, the client’s other analysts had a better understanding of report creation, due to her knowledge transfer.
Extrinsic’s consultant rolled off of the project once the previous Reporting Analyst returned, but the client would be happy to have her back for future projects.
