Extrinsic identified a stellar Workday Consultant with 12+ years in the Workday HRIS field with experience as an HRIS Manager, HRIS Analyst, Business Analyst, and QA Analyst. In addition to HRIS, he had 14+ years’ experience in Functional Payroll and Human Resources, including Recruiting and Talent Acquisition. During this time, he worked on 20+ HRIS Implementations/Migrations and gained experience managing a number of HCM Systems: Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, and Ceridian.

Extrinsic’s consultant supported the client’s Workday production environment for over 18 months and was very instrumental in assisting with conversion from Workday to Oracle EBS. Throughout the project, he was proactive in assisting the client’s needs by volunteering to complete the extra work needed to get the job done. With a new HRIS team, he went above and beyond and assisted and trained new team members, leaving the client with the know-how to complete tasks post-project.
