NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Zycron today announced that it promoted Rochelle Taylor to vice president of operations. Taylor reports directly to the Zycron President and CEO and plans, directs and coordinates the overall operational decisions for the company.
As VP of operations, Taylor works with department heads to manage daily business activities, as well as provides oversight for technical support, R&D, purchasing, administration and human resources across Zycron’s five domestic offices. She monitors Zycron’s revenue margins for employee productivity and develops guidelines for personnel evaluations, staff advancement and recruitment procedures.
Taylor joined Zycron in 2001, and her advancement places her on the company’s executive team. Prior to becoming Zycron’s VP of operations, she served as director of human resources where she led and directed the company’s overall HR strategies, practices and programs. Prior to Zycron, Taylor worked in the health care, state government and insurance services industries.
