Zycron, Inc., promoted Temika Taylor to chief financial officer and promoted Lee Lambert to managing director of the Memphis region.
Taylor joined Zycron in 1998 as an accounting assistant, was promoted to accountant, and most recently served as the controller. As the CFO, she will be responsible for directing the financial strategy of the company, overseeing all purchasing activities, and managing the financial planning and budgeting processes. She will also continue to prepare financial statements, direct and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal controls, and manage cash flow. Prior to joining Zycron, she was an accounts payable clerk at Hill-Boren, LLC in Jackson, Tenn.

Lambert joined Zycron in 2004, and as an account manager, he successfully expanded Zycron’s presence and effectiveness for client FedEx Memphis. Prior to Zycron, Lambert worked for ACT-1 in Denver as an IT account manager. He also worked as recruiting manager for Marconi Communications in Denver, was director of recruiting for Cook Systems International in Memphis, and worked at SCB Computer Technology. As regional director of Zycron-Memphis, Lambert will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and expanding the Zycron client list.
